Conflict may be what brings us through the door, but it is rarely the whole story. It gives us an opportunity to see what within us is being activated, what patterns are still participating, and what old beliefs or wounds may be asking for our attention. As awareness grows, we begin to respond differently—not simply to the conflict, but to ourselves and to our lives. That is where greater freedom, choice, and consciousness become possible.
